Your goal. Your map. Our navigation, support, and experience.
Together, we deliver results.

Strategy, finance, projects, and transactions.
Practical support in implementing business changes.

Don't know where to start?
Start with a diagnosis.

Strategy only works when it’s created together with the team.

We turn your goal into a plan that can actually be implemented.

Most companies know what they want to achieve. They struggle with the “how”: strategy is developed in isolation from the team, projects lose direction, and targets and responsibilities aren’t clearly defined.

At CConsult, we work differently. We create a plan together with the team, organize the elements – numbers, projects, and decisions – and turn strategy into concrete actions.

We set up the finances, create a realistic project schedule, and guide the change step by step.

Order gives an advantage – no matter the industry, product, or company size.

Products aimed at achieving a goal.

A strategy doesn’t implement itself. That’s why we offer support in specific areas we specialize in: we operationalize strategy, organize finances, coordinate project execution, and handle transactions – from decision to outcome. No empty promises.

01

CFO++

We start with a financial diagnosis — checking what works, what the problems are, and what’s holding back growth. We build clear tools for tracking finances: management reporting, cash flow, budgets, and financial models tailored to the company. We teach the team (controller, CFO) how to use these tools on their own so they don’t rely on a consultant. We leave behind a working system — results, liquidity, and the financing plan are clear to the management every day.

02

PMO

We set clear rules for running projects: priorities, roles, responsibilities, and reporting tailored to the company’s size and structure. We implement a management structure where there are many parallel high-budget, high-risk initiatives — transformations, major investments, IT or infrastructure programs. The management finally sees the status of all projects in one report before risks become problems. Projects stop ‘taking on a life of their own’ — each has an owner, a schedule, and clear go/no-go decision criteria.

03

Strategic consulting

We turn ambitious visions into measurable goals and concrete roadmaps that the organization can actually implement. We define what’s most important, what to let go of, and where to invest capital and people — always with numbers and specific projects, not just a general direction. Investors and the supervisory board get clearly defined goals, metrics, and expected results as a basis for evaluating management’s performance. Decisions are faster, more cost-effective, and better justified from a business perspective.

04

Business consulting

We support management and owners in tough operational and organizational decisions — from clarifying responsibilities, through market analyses, to building financial models for new ventures. We identify competency and process gaps that hinder growth or reduce margins and implement practical management tools for everyday use. We prepare Commercial Due Diligence analyses (market, competition, entry barriers) for investors and management teams making major decisions. Key managers are freed from tedious analyses and can focus on decision-making.

05

Transaction advisory

We help you safely go through a merger, acquisition or capital acquisition – we prepare the necessary materials (pitch deck, financial model, business plan) and make sure that the whole process is well planned. We make analyses and financial scenarios so that the decision about the transaction is based on facts, not on time pressure or emotions. We support in negotiations with an investor or partner – the owner knows what he wants and why, and not just reacts to the other party's proposals. We prepare the company for Due Diligence: we organize documents, eliminate risks and ensure that the investor/buyer does not find surprises that will lower the valuation.

People that take resposibility.

Effective consulting is not just about opinions, but about facts. We combine methodological rigor and access to advanced data sources with the energy of a boutique advisory firm.

At CConsult, we flip the usual market model: with us, Partners don’t just design the strategy, they personally work on the data and models to deliver real results. You get the analytical depth of big consulting firms, but without their inertia and without juniors learning on your business.

Fewer slides, more EBITDA.

Data and decisions under control

We organize data, metrics, and decision-making processes so that management can see what really drives results. We combine experience from large consulting projects with hands-on operational practice: we design tools, simplify reporting, and guide implementation step by step.

The client knows their business best

The best solutions don't happen next to the organization, but together with it. We listen to teams, tap into the knowledge of the people closest to operations, and build real buy-in, so change is adopted faster and lasts longer than just until the end of a presentation.

Recommendations that can be implemented

We don’t sell slides that look good but don’t hold up in the real world. Our recommendations are rooted in the company’s resources, pace, and limitations, so they can be translated into concrete decisions, timelines, and responsibilities on the team’s side.

Business results over formality

We evaluate every project through the lens of its impact on the outcome: margin, cash flow, operational efficiency, and speed of decision-making. We're not just aiming for a 'project to be done,' but for the organization to work better, faster, and more predictably.

Where our model makes a difference.

We don’t learn about your business while working on a project for your company. We’ve turned our over 10 years of experience, gained in places like Big4 and MBB firms, into concrete implementations for leaders in their industries.

Discretion is the foundation of our collaboration.

We don't publish client names or any information that could identify them. During the conversation, we'll gladly go over our approach, typical scenarios, and proven ways of working in your industry.

Don't know where to start? Start with a diagnosis.

If you feel like your organization is stuck in place but can't pinpoint the priorities, a Diagnostic Sprint is for you. It's a condensed working session that turns uncertainty into a concrete roadmap.

What is a Diagnostic Sprint?

A short, 90-minute workshop (online or in person), guided step by step. You don’t have to prepare especially, and we don’t bombard you with presentations — we work on concrete agreements.

What you receive

  • A map of the 3 largest bottlenecks — the documented and named areas that most currently block your business, with a brief diagnosis of why this is happening
  • An assessment of the feasibility of your goals — we will say directly whether what you are planning is achievable with the current resources, structure, and pace, and if not — what would need to change
  • A list of Quick Wins — 3–5 concrete actions that you can implement in the coming weeks and that will bring the fastest results without significant investment
  • Recommendation for further steps — if the situation requires deeper work, you will receive a clear proposal on what and in what order it is worth addressing
