Błażej is a seasoned business consultant with 14 years of experience in the consulting industry. He specializes in delivering advisory services for large and medium enterprises, focusing on project management, M&As, spin-offs, and setting up PMO functions for large investment projects. Błażej has worked extensively with companies in the automotive, transport infrastructure, oil & gas, and production sectors in Poland and abroad. His entrepreneurial experience gives him a unique perspective on the real challenges businesses face. He provides advice to Big 4 and Big 3 companies, as well as his own clients.
Focus: project management, strategic advisory, funding acquisition.
Błażej Kmieć
Rafał is a finance and consulting expert with 10+ years’ experience in consulting, finance, and academia. He holds a Master in Finance from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Rafał specializes in market analysis, financial modeling, and has strong expertise in energy and petrochemical sectors. He has led key projects in petrochemicals, renewable energy, telecom regulation, and energy security. Rafał is also an experienced lecturer with over 1,500 hours of teaching in management and communication.
Focus: financial modeling, strategic analysis, renewable energy integration.

Staszek vel Staszewski
Karol is an experienced business consultant with over 10 years of experience in consulting, gained partly through Big 4 firms. He specialises in strategic advisory, delivering large-scale business transformations, and comprehensive project management. Karol has worked for state-owned companies and clients in the oil and gas, defence, IT/Telecom, healthcare, pharma, and public administration sectors. Beyond his practical business expertise, he holds a PhD in management and quality sciences, which provides him with deep knowledge and enables him to ground his advisory recommendations in solid academic foundations. He has successfully delivered dozens of consulting projects for his clients.

Karol Szymański, PhD
Łukasz is an expert with over 10 years of experience in strategic State Treasury companies in the oil and gas sector and fuel logistics. He has worked in areas including strategy, business support for development projects, investment controlling, energy, and petrochemical market analysis. He has extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry, particularly petrochemicals, and specializes in financial and business modeling, including strategic and market analyses.
He holds an ACCA certificate, a prestigious international qualification combining expertise in finance, accounting, management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Focus: financial and business modeling, strategic analyses, market research, controlling.
Łukasz Sobociński, ACCA
Dominik gained his first professional experience in corporate banking, where he supported a team of analysts in analyzing companies from many different industries on a daily basis. He then joined a search fund-type private equity fund, where he was responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets. He completed his bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting at Nicolaus Copernicus University. He is currently continuing his studies in the same field as part of his master's degree program at the Warsaw School of Economics. His interests include topics related to mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and the capital market.
Focus: market research, project support, financial analysis.
Dominik Smaga
Dorota is a graphic designer with a Master’s degree in Graphic Design and over 6 years of professional experience. She has worked for advertising agencies, design studios and startups. She is passionate about creating visually compelling, user-friendly digital experiences that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
Focus: branding, presentations, web design.
Dorota Nowak
Hanna is an IT Project Manager with over three years of experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. She excels in budgeting, stakeholder communication, and leading diverse teams to achieve project objectives. Hanna’s experience spans IT project management, product ownership, strategic planning, and business strategy development. She holds a BSc in Management and certifications in AgilePM® and Google Career Certificates.

Hanna Przybylska
For the past 9 years, she has been involved in projects covering a wide range of topics - from administrative and event issues to environmental, policy and human rights. She has worked in foundations, startups, large corporations and consulting. Her diverse experience allows her to extensively support the team with day-to-day organisational issues and more.
