Błażej is a seasoned business consultant with 14 years of experience in the consulting industry. He specializes in delivering advisory services for large and medium enterprises, focusing on project management, M&As, spin-offs, and setting up PMO functions for large investment projects. Błażej has worked extensively with companies in the automotive, transport infrastructure, oil & gas, and production sectors in Poland and abroad. His entrepreneurial experience gives him a unique perspective on the real challenges businesses face. He provides advice to Big 4 and Big 3 companies, as well as his own clients.

Arkadiusz is a business consultant and entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience across technology, healthcare, and consulting sectors. He specializes in securing venture capital and guiding startups to market success. As the CEO and founder of MyEgg, a food technology company, Arkadiusz has demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate. He has held leadership roles in gaming, healthcare, and financial services, and is active in the startup community, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. She is also a mentor and advisor to technology start-ups.

Piotr is a project manager with over 10 years of experience in consulting and the energy sector. He has gained valuable experience at EY, Accenture, and Bain, which he applied in roles at PGNiG and Polpharma. Piotr specializes in developing go-to-market strategies, organizing processes, and executing strategic and transformational projects. He holds a CIMA diploma in management accounting and has a proven track record of leading successful projects in the retail, leasing, BPO, and energy sectors.
